Rebecca & Kyle

Brief: Rebecca, Kyle and I met in a local coffee shop and sat down to discuss their requirements. After a lovely long chat, tasty fresh organic coffee and some banana bread, we had everything we needed to produce an estimate. 

Setup: As their event was in central London, we had to ensure we left with plenty of time. We arrived early around 0800 to set everything up.

What We Provided:

Entertainment: Professional DJ with Premium DJ Package including Upgraded Sound System & Lighting; Saxophone Player; Vocalist for Wedding Breakfast; Audio Guest Book with Digital Copy & USB. Mind-Blowing Contortionist. Magic Mirror with Unlimited Prints, Message Book and Digital Copy & a Happily Ever After Neon Sign. 

Evening Catering: for 200 People.

Aggregate Industries

Brief: We organised our free initial consultation to learn and understood what our client wanted. Once we had obtained everything we needed, we were able to provide an estimate. A few tweaks and additions later, and once accepted, we went to site confirming the layout and method statement for the day.

Setup: Due to the fact we were unable to set up prior to event day, we arrived on the day at 0700 to commence setup. Everything was set up and ready to go by mid-day leaving over two hours grace which our client was very happy about. We were also able to dismantle everything and be off-site within two hours which our client was very pleased with.

What We Provided: 

Marquee: 6x12 Meter Marquee with Clear Side. 

Furniture: Seating for 60 People, Poseur Tables & Bins. 

Media: 3x2m Audio Visual Screen with PA Sound System including Wireless Mic. Qualified Technician on site throughout. 

Catering: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Including Vegan Options with Bespoke Edible Logos, Lola's Cupcake Including Vegan Options with Bespoke Edible Logos; Sausage Rolls including Vegan and Veggie Options, Hand-Made Organic Fruit Boxes, Still and Sparkling Water. Coffee Cart with Tea and Milk Alternatives.

Restroom: Premium Toilets with hot water. 

Design & Artwork: Roller Banners; Feather Flags; Pull Up Banners; Barriers with Banners.

Clean-Up: Premium Clean-Up Package.

Amanda's 50th 

Brief: We organised a WhatsApp call suitable with our client's schedule to brainstorm ideas for her milestone birthday. We helped with ideas and gave alternative options that helped with our clients vision.

Setup: As the event was being held on a Saturday, we arrived on the Thursday am to set the marquee up and 11am on the day to set everything else up.

What We Provided:

Marquee: 18m x 6m Marquee with Clear Sides.

Furniture: Tables & Chairs with Covers.

Mobile Bar: Fully Stocked Bar with Bespoke Drinks Menu, Refrigeration; Ice and Premium Glassware.

Entertainment: Professional DJ with Premium DJ Setup and Upgraded ​​Sound System; Professional Saxophone Player; Professional Bongo Player; Professional Vocalist; Magician.

Media: Photographer & Videographer.

Catering: Summer Style BBQ Food direct from our Local Butchers consisting of: Angus Burger Patties; Sweet & Sour Glazed, Buffalo Marinated and Sweet & Spicy Chicken Legs; Veggie Skewers; Skin-On Fries; Potato Salad; Fresh Salad; Garnishes Sauces. Premium Clean-Up Service. 

Restroom: Luxury Loos with Separate Units for Ladies and Gentlemen.
